So I put this together to fulfill Bryan's vision of a resource to future scholars, but I also wonder if we can use it as a continuation of the "open mike" day that we had in Seminar. I figured I'd throw the Employee Free Choice Act out there as the first topic. What do we think? Yea? Nea? Right idea, wrong time?
